with which we can measure and report in real time, the following operating parameters:
  • electricity consumption of designated circuits as well as any machine or device separately
  • gas consumption/flow
  • water consumption/flow
  • consumption/flow of compressed air
  • steam consumption/flow
  • operation of compressors and compressed air installations
  • temperature measurements of devices, raw materials, rooms
  • measurements of humidity, noise, vibration
  • measurement of discharged wastewater
  • measurements of any other physical quantities that can be measured using the available measuring devices from which we can read data.

By collecting these data in one place, on one screen, we can combine, compare and analyse them. This knowledge usually results in optimization of processes and management, which contributes to both financial and process savings.

Regardless of the measurements, the system has the function of alerting when the measured values ​​and the input parameters deviate. In other words, if any of the measured values ​​exceeds or falls below the expected and programmed parameters, people who are responsible for specific areas, receive an alert in the form of a text message, e-mail or in another expected form, which allows for fast and efficient reactions. Alerts can be divided into 4 groups depending on their validity and information coverage. Thanks to this, we do not have to constantly follow the work parameters on the screen but only in a situation that is unfavourable we can react in the place where it occurred.

Based on this system, we have prepared a Power Guard that measures real-time electricity consumption on the main connections (meters). Depending on the contracted parameters with the power plant and power allocation depending on the power supply. At the time when the momentary electricity consumption approaches limit parameters, the system alerts the fact to those responsible for production. Thanks to it you can make decisions about disabling certain devices. This also contributes to the avoidance of the risk of exceeding the maximum available power for a given day, and in consequence of the penalties that may be associated with it.

The companies we work with, also use our system during  external audits  carried out by their contractors, to present that all the most important machine parameters are constantly controlled and when there is any problem, they can react immediately to avoid production with incorrect quality parameters.


On the market there are not available such extensive measurement platforms which would not be related to the manufacturers of the measuring infrastructure, which automatically limits the possibilities of measurements. For example, Schneider or Lovato have solutions exclusively for monitoring electricity consumption, however they can only be installed with their brand meters/devices. Thus, it is already not possible to carry out the simultaneous measurements of water, gas, etc. consumption.

  8. The possibility to send alerts when measurements deviate from pre-set parameters at a minimum of 3 levels of responsibility, e.g.
level 1 - to the person directly responsible for minor deviations, level 2 - to the facility manager in a given location, when the deviations are bigger than those that should be reported at "level 1" level 3 - to the person responsible for the entire infrastructure, if the deviations exceed the range for "level 1 and 2"
  1. Possibility of setting deviations parameters for each level by the infrastructure manager.
  2. Collection of historical data by the system without restrictions, which is to be used to generate comparative reports period to period.
  3. If it is not possible to transmit measurements to the server, the data collector should be able to collect data from the minimum of 24 hours and when the communication with the server is recovered, send them to the data bank.
  4. The possibility to independently generate periodic reports from each of the available parameters.
  5. The ability to define repetitive periodic reports with sending them to defined e-mail addresses in the form of .pdf or .xls files.
  6. Having a data backup operator on the server on other servers.
  7. Securing data in accordance with the required regulations and through firewalls.
  8. The possibility of individual configuration of the dashboard on which the measurement results are presented.
